This product is a colorless or light yellow transparent liquid with a relative density of 0.98 at 20 ℃. Easily soluble in water and polar organic solvents, slightly soluble in non-polar organic solvents, showing nonionic or cationic properties in aqueous solutions. When the pH value is less than 7, it is cationic, and amine oxide itself is an excellent detergent, which can produce stable and rich foam with a melting point of 132-133 °C.

Use

●  This product is mainly used in dishwashing detergents and industrial liquid bleaching agents. It can increase and stabilize foam, and can improve the compatibility of thickeners and the overall stability of products.

●  Used as a foam booster, conditioner, thickener and antistatic agent in shampoos, liquid detergents and foam baths, and as a raw material for synthetic amphoteric surfactants

●  DDAO is an approximately 1 mM (CMC) non-denaturing zwitterionic detergent used to solubilize proteins and study their conformation and molecular interactions. N,N-Dimethyldodecylamine N-oxide

Production method

●  300 kg of dimethyldodecylamine, a small amount of water and a small amount of stabilizer were put into the reaction kettle, and the temperature was raised to 50-55 °C under stirring, and hydrogen peroxide was started to be added dropwise, and the dropwise amount was 55 kg. Continue to heat up to 60-70 ℃ after the dropwise addition is completed, until no heat is released, cool, discharge and fill to obtain the finished product.
