Introduction

Cyramine, also known as Mimaggotling, is a new type of insect growth regulator, which has a killing effect on Diptera insect larvae, especially for several common fly larvae (maggots) that reproduce in feces. inhibitory and killing effects. The difference between it and general fly killers is that it kills larvae-maggots, while general fly killers only kill adult flies and are more toxic.

The pure product is white crystal. m.p.220~222℃, the solubility in water is 11 000mg/L at 20℃ and pH value 7.5, and the hydrolysis is not obvious when the pH value is 5~9.

Use

●  Insect growth regulator against leaf miners. It can cause morphological distortions in the development of Diptera larvae and pupae, and adult eclosion is inhibited or incomplete, which shows that it is caused by interference with molting and pupation. Regardless of oral or topical application, there is no lethal effect on adults, but the hatching rate of eggs is reduced after oral ingestion. It has a systemic effect on the plant body, and it has a strong conduction effect when applied to the leaves. It is absorbed by the root system when applied to the soil, and conducts to the top. Apply to beans, carrots, celery, melons, lettuce, onions, peas, green peppers, potatoes, tomatoes with 12-30g/100L of chemical treatment, or 75-225g/hm2. Higher doses significantly prolong the lasting effect than lower doses. The soil application dose is 200-1000g/hm2, and the high dose can last up to 8 weeks.

●  It is mainly used to control leaf miner pests, has good control effect on fly miners, and can also be used to control flies

●  It is an efficient and low toxicity insecticide.

Production method

●  2-cyclopropylamino-4,6-dichloro-triazine is prepared by reacting cyanuric chloride with cyclopropylamine, and then reacted with ammonia water to obtain 2-cyclopropylamino-4-chloro-6-amino-triazine , and finally react with ammonia to produce cyromazine.
