Production method

Using dodecanol and dimethylamine as raw materials, under the action of high-efficiency catalyst, ammonia is catalyzed to produce dodecanol tertiary amine in one step, and the crude product content can reach 85%. After distillation, more than 95% pure product can be obtained. Alternatively, dodecanol is used to synthesize dodecyl bromide, which is then reacted with dimethylamine to obtain dodecyl dimethyl tertiary amine, and finally reacted with benzyl chloride to obtain benzalkonium chloride.
