Detailed introduction

Details
Morphology: Solid;
Color: White to off-white;
Main Applications: Pharmaceutical (small molecules)

Gadolinium meglumine (chemical name: 2-[4,7,10-tris(carboxymethyl)-1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecyl-1-yl]acetic acid gadolinium meglumine) exhibits extremely high kinetic and thermodynamic stability, making it the most stable contrast agent to date.

Indications: For MRI examination of the following conditions: brain and spinal cord lesions; spinal cord lesions; other systemic pathological examinations (including angiography). Pharmacological Action: This product is an intravenously administered Chemicalbook contrast agent used for MRI examinations. Due to its paramagnetic properties, gadotium phosphate can enhance MRI images. However, it itself has no pharmacological activity and is a highly inert compound.

Doxorubicin possesses extremely high kinetic and thermodynamic stability, making it the most stable contrast agent to date, especially attractive when a longer retention time in the body is required.
Gadottyl meglumine is an intravenously administered contrast agent used in MRI scans. Due to its paramagnetic properties, gadoterate enhances MRI image contrast, but it itself has no specific pharmacological activity or biological activity. Acute toxicity tests were conducted in mice and rats via intravenous injection into the Chemicalbook. Seizures and temporary respiratory distress only occurred at doses significantly higher than clinically used.

 At doses 15 times the clinically used level for 28 consecutive days, no significant effects were observed except for reversible vacuolation in adjacent renal tubules. No teratogenic effects were observed in rats or rabbits. No mutagenic effects have been found to date. Uses: Gd-DOTA injection is a superparamagnetic iron oxide (SPIO) contrast agent, mainly used for whole-body magnetic resonance imaging.
