Use

●  Pelargonium pigment, also known as anthocyanidin, is obtained from 2% hydrochloric acid or ethanol solution with reddish color, 35nt unmelted, soluble in ethanol and methanol, moderately soluble in water, and slightly soluble in chloroform.
