Use

Production method

●  In the diazotization reactor, add 200 kg of water, 16.3 kg of 3,3'-dichlorobenzidine hydrochloride, 16 kg of 35% hydrochloric acid, cool down to 0 to 5 °C, add 28.4 kg of 25% sodium nitrite solution, Reaction for 30min, decolorizing with activated carbon, destroying excess sodium nitrite, filtering, and diazonium salt for coupling.
29.91 g of 2,5-dimethoxy-4-chloroacetoacetanilide was mixed with 500 kg of water and 10 kg of 40% sodium hydroxide, 50 kg of sodium acetate was added, and 85 kg of formic acid was added dropwise. Coupling with diazonium salt at 5~10°C, continue stirring for 30~60min, heat up to 90~95°C and maintain for 30~60min. Filter and dry the product.
