Introduction

Dasatinib, also known as DASA tin IB, is an off-white to yellow solid chemical. Dasatinib is an antineoplastic drug, clinically mainly used for the treatment of chronic phase, accelerated phase and blast phase of Philadelphia chromosome positive (Ph+) chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) resistant to or intolerant of imatinib mesylate (acute myeloid and lymphocytic) adult patients.

Use

●  Anticancer raw material drug intermediates/pharmaceutical intermediates

●  Dasatinib is used in all stages of chronic myelogenous leukemia (chronic phase, accelerated phase, lymphoid cell blast phase and myeloid blast phase) in adult patients. At the same time, the FDA also approved dasatinib through normal procedures for the treatment of adult patients with Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia who are resistant or intolerant to other therapies.
