Introduction

This product is brown-red oily liquid. The relative density is 1.05. The maximum viscosity is 100 MPa·s. Soluble in water and alcohol. There are excellent washers. Prone to produce a lot of foam. It has antistatic, smooth and soft effects on synthetic fibers. It is an anionic active agent.

Use

●  This product is used as a component of vinylon oil and other synthetic fiber oils in the textile industry. It can also be used as the raw material of liquid synthetic detergent, which has the advantages of good diffusivity and strong washing effect.

●  Used in daily chemical industries such as liquid washing, dish washing, shampoo, bath washing, etc., also used in textile, paper, leather, machinery, oil exploration and other industries

●  Used in daily chemical, textile, petroleum, leather, printing and dyeing industries.

Production method

●  The preparation of this product includes five process steps: condensation of lauryl alcohol and ethylene oxide, sulfation of the condensation product, neutralization, residue removal by pressure filtration, and dealcoholization of the filtrate by distillation. Put 452kg of lauryl alcohol (hydroxyl value 275-320) into the reaction kettle, and then put 5kg of potassium hydroxide into the mixing and reducing tank, make a 50% aqueous solution and put it into the reaction kettle. Vacuumize, control the vacuum degree at 13.3kPa, and gradually raise the temperature to about 120°C for dehydration. After the dehydration is completed, replace the air with nitrogen, drive out the air and then raise the temperature to 140-150°C, start stirring, and inject 324kg of ethylene oxide at 3kPa. Then the kettle temperature was gradually lowered to about 5°C. Add sulfuric acid for acidification reaction, and neutralize with caustic soda and alcohol solution after 1 hour. After neutralization, press filter to remove the filter residue, and dealcoholize the filtrate to obtain the finished product.
