Oxaliplatin, also known as oxatine and oxaliplatin, belongs to platinum derivatives. It is clinically used to treat patients with metastatic colorectal cancer after failure of fluorouracil treatment. It can be used alone or in combination with fluorouracil. , Carboplatin is the third-generation new platinum anti-tumor compound, and it is also the only platinum-based drug with significant activity against colorectal cancer so far. The principle of action is to act on DNA by producing alkylated conjugates, forming intra-strand and inter-strand crosslinks to inhibit DNA synthesis and replication. At the same time, it also inhibits the proliferation of ovarian cancer and melanoma cell lines

● For the treatment of colorectal cancer.
● Antineoplastic agent, used to treat colorectal cancer
● 5g trans-cyclohexanediamine and 18g K2 (PtCl4) aqueous solution were reacted at room temperature for 12h to obtain 12g of intermediate product (I). 6: Add 8 g of silver nitrate to 3 g of compound (I) in water,
and stir for 2 to 3 h in the dark, then add 4.8 g of dipotassium oxalate, and react at room temperature for 8 h to obtain oxaliplatin.
